The blog title reflects my belief that writing (especially expressive and goal-directed writing) can be a successful tool for improving health, which is what I'm aiming for - better health.

I moved my site to WordPress just because there were more options than the WordPress setup within 3FC. The blog is still centered on my weight loss journey - well, really journey to better health by changing my health behaviors.
