I've decided to start a blog, mostly to give myself a place to be accountable for my actions on this journey to a better body and life. I plan on making some kind of post every day. :comp:

The title is a reference to a line from Disney's Mulan. I'm a huge Disney fan and it somehow seemed perfect for my blog. :wizard:
