Hey,

I'm aspiring to lose 5 stone so have decided to ensure I do this both safely and honestly by writing my own Blog. (I don't know why I'm convinced this will work, but something's just telling me so...)

Anyway, I really need people with similar interests that I hope can share their experiences and we can inspire and hopefully support each other.
