Stagnated for a while but hoping to regain some motivation. Food is easy but the exercise is challenging. I have too much going on, thinking about going for a short walk seems to be a huge goal.

Been a good month, so unusual. Healthy weight for me. Not sure if it was adding fat and protein to more meals or HIIT style training, possibly both.

Week 7 in c25k program. Finding it exhausting, with everything that happens in life so I'm amazed I'm this far in. Longer distances means I'm doing less in between.
