Whenever I do eat oatmeal, which is not that often these days, it was my breakfast of choice in the beginning, but I also always eat it with an egg white omlette. It definitely staves off that blood...

I also don't get the point of eating something you don't like. How can you stick to something if you don't like it? And why?

Oatmeal is great, but it's certainly not the healthiest breakfast out...
