Just a one day reprieve-it's be back up to 90 by Friday! I'm enjoying it while it lasts though. Went for a walk last night and the temp was perfect. I don't like the heat much.

You've lost 12lbs in 3 weeks, averaging 4lbs/week. I wouldn't worry just yet-you're way over the 2lb/wk goal. The weight will come off fast at first and then more slowly. Give it time.
