I almost stayed on plan today....and I definitely will tomorrow, because I have less than three weeks till my California trip, and I am feeling progress being made, and I really want this to work!

I'm staying on plan today because it's almost the weekend and that's the time I find it easiest to be good, so going into it being on plan I will be ahead of usual.

My tattoo?...not sure yet, but I joke that it will be a bear since I'll be "barely there" (grin). I figure I'm 64, and if I don't get a tattoo soon, I never will, and I chose 65 as the cut off point...
