One more thing.
I use the lower salt vegetables and have used frozen vegetables and it worked out fine too.

Before SBD we loved this recipe, and as it gets cooler here I find I'm missing it so I made a few alterations and I "think" it's phase 2 allowed. Any input is greatly appreciated!! Oh yeah, one more...
