i tried that with the turnip...boiled them for 15...

i tried that with the turnip...boiled them for 15 mins first then baked them..and they were still crunchy...

i did jimaca fries today..they were okay but still oddly firm/crunchie even after 30mis of cooking...
i had turnip fries as well with the same outcome...hope for...
