Down two pounds last week! I am just amazed that I am losing this much weight... it is rather shocking to me.

Ok...
I was brave enough to step on the scale this morning even though it is ttotm. :cry: Surprisingly, I am holding steady at 178, which is a good thing, because I should be up the usual pound or two.
