That's gotta be a neat feeling for you. I noticed a couple of the shorts that I wear are bit too big now, so I am avoiding them, but still able to wear most of the clothes that I was wearing before.

Unofficial WI in today as my coach was sick today. My scale showed a 6 pound loss, so I'm pretty happy with that. That's 22 pounds in 3 weeks. Have a good one guys!

WI today, was 6 pounds down. I'm happy, but a little frustrated at the same time. I was 6 pounds down 3 days ago according to my home scale. So I hope this is just a slight bump in the road.
