Squats, Squats, Squats, and deadlifts. Try to lift progressively heavier weights. Workout 3x a week with at least one day off in between. I recommend 3 sets of 5 reps at a weight that pushes you HARD...

It is a crazy feeling when you do finally feel that way. It was only VERY recently that I realized I felt that way. I don't know what did it, I just felt good about my body finally. Thank you so much...
