If i were you i would stay away from cottage-cheese...too much sodium and caused a lot of boating for me.

I know what you mean by a lot of food :D....actually ppl who gain weight mostly eat lot of calorie dense food like a small piece of cake or 1/2 a donut can actually contain twice amount of starches...
