Yesterday was a good day all around. Eating was all on plan and got in some exercise. Been trying to walk outside of the pool walking to ready myself for a stress test on the 14th. UGH! Anyone here...

Another improved day. Didn't make it into the pool due to thinderstorms, so I vacuumed and cleaned (some what) my bathroom just to get some kind of exercise. I broke a sweat, so I think it counts....
