I live in the Pacific Northwest and our Costco's frequently have Seafood Shows where there is wild salmon sold. But I believe what is in the freezer case is usually Atlanta Ocean farm raised.

Good for you--if you've done MF before you know how it works. I am 41.5 pounds down at 7 months (slower than most) but have enjoyed the program. I am about 80% to my goal. Good luck!

Good for you! I am at about month 5 of Medifast and occasionally have a 5 oz steak too--it really is satisfying, isn't it? Nicely done.

I agree with Andi24. I've been on MF for 4+ months now and my tastes have changed. Some things I did not care for in the beginning taste okay now. I pretty much lived on bars the first 3 months...
