P.S. Keep at it, slip ups are inevitable, and from looking at your little weight loss tracker it looks like you've come a long way - don't beat yourself up over 3lbs!

The "calories burned" readout on exercise machines is just an estimate because everyone's metabolism is different but, like YP1 mentioned, it's helpful in gauging how much effort you're putting in......
