Where to start diet?
I have been doing high protein low carb...I would like to switch to more of a whole foods diet...can you guys give me some directions on where to start. Maybe some meals for Bfast, lunch, and dinner.

I started last Sunday and I dropped nine lbs this week. I'm eating between 1300-1600 calories a day and walking/running at least 30 mins a day. :D
