Started on July 15th. I had my weigh in today and I'm down 29.4 pounds. I'm not noticing any changes in how my clothes fit and nobody at work has said anything. Hopefully soon I'll be able to notice.

I had bloodwork done a week after starting. I got a call from my doctor that my sodium was low. Apparently, I was drinking too much water.

On another note, I'm not a fan of veggies....

Had my week 2 weigh in yesterday. I was down 4 more pounds for a total of 21 pounds in two weeks.

I do have a question about Splenda. How much are we allowed? I've found uses for it...
