I have not lost much weight loss lately but I have lost inches and my body fat went down. My goal for now is to lose 9 pounds and get down too 200 pounds.

Over the past 14 months I lost 43 pounds and lost some body fat and 4 sizes in clothes. I also go to the gym 4 days a week. The problem I am having is. I have not really lost much weight in months....
