Yes, one bar in my variety pack is too high in carbs, but all the others are fine, except for the few drinks and puddings that contain aspartame.

Great job! My first week officially ends tomorrow, but my weigh in was today and I lost 6.2. I'm hoping next week is just as good, or at least 3, then I will be in another number bracket!
