Well, I've been stuck in the 190's for almost a month now. But the number is going down, very very slowly. I'm at 194, so four more pounds! Hopefully I'm not here for too much longer.

I totally feel the same, I rarely eat because I'm hungry. It's always either "meal time" or boredom. I'm never hungry in the morning, yet I always cook breakfast. I'm hardly ever hungry for dinner...

I chose my goal weight because I've been that weight before and I know I looked good. Once I'm there I'm sure I'll try for 135-140, but I know I would be so happy at 150!

I haven't had a cheat day yet, and don't plan to. Knowing myself, if I did have a cheat day I would probably keep eating poorly the next day ect. I refuse to make that an option!

Yes, it is really frustrating. The norm definitely is to be over weight. It's so easy to get to a high weight when there's at least 2-3 fast food chains on every main intersection, it disgusts me....
