I gave up on Pounds Plus after I GAINED 6 pounds in 6 weeks. I had lost 18 pounds on Momentum. I have slow weight loss due to disability, but apparently, fast weight gain!!!

Been back on Momentum...

I am 12 years out.. I lost 75 pounds over the first year, eating about 800 calories a day - had full bypass with Fobi pouch. Then food intake when up and over 8 years crept back up to over 1400...
