I'm so glad I found this post! My Fitness Pal tells me I am burning 1100 calories every hour of Zumba. I think that's bull, honestly. Glad to know that I'm not the only one who isn't trusting that.

I track. I can be obsessive about it and it's hard not to be. I track calories and pounds. I use My Fitness Pal for my calories and my exercise. Some people can do this without tracking things....
