Hi everybody!!! Since I start running everyday I got this horrible pain in my right side. I google it and discover the name... "runners cramp". Does anyone has feel this before, wanna know more...

thank you, i walk at 5 mph 10 minutes and run 3 minutes at 8 mph and then walk for 2 minutes at 3.5, i repeat this until i made 5 miles, usually last 58 minutes. :)
