Crystal Clear flavored water

Is the crystal clear flavored carbinated water ok to have on the IP diet? I have looked over the ingredients and from what i can see it all looks acceptable. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

I also didn't like the pudding. I liked the flavor but had to CHOKE it down becuase of the texture. I added more water and one packet of splenda and I was amazed at how much better it was.

Pork Rinds

Can we have pork rinds on IP? I assume no, but they are ok on South Beach Diet and have no carbs. My coach told me she didn't think so, but wasn't for sure. I'm hoping to find a YES out there...

What's wrong with sugarless gum?

This is the first I am hearing about sugarless gum! I chew 4-5 pieces a day. What's wrong with gum? Will it slow weight loss?
