I’m Sheila from Wisconsin and I was on here 2 yrs ago. I had gotten down to 159 but slowly I edged back up to 184. I need motivation again!

I would immediately start back on my food plan. That way your blood sugar remains level after your body works thru the binge and you are not setting yourself up for another binge. :)

Good for you! I have been binge free now for 110 days, and I still get stuck, one month I only lost 1.5 and that made me so discouraged, so I did some tweaking to my food plan and now it is coming...

OA 90 is similar to OA HOW. Today I have 52 days of abstinence and the miracle is I have absolutely NO cravings whatsoever! :) I have lost 12 lbs and I feel incredible.
