Default SF/FF ice cream?

When on Weight Watchers I used to have sugar free/fat free ice cream sometimes. What's everyone's opinion on having it on P2?

Per the GFGC Guide, it is allowed only as an occasional treat - too much other crud in it. You can make the ice cream in a plastic bag and have it OP. I'll try to find the recipe.
