I want to fix this for my girls on Friday. I have no idea how to cook haddock. I don't mind if mine doesn't have breadcrumbs or a coating but I need it for the girls. I can cook mine a different way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

There are several recipes in the Phase I Entrees Recipe section. Here's one that can be done with any fish. Incredibly Easy Fish Parmesan
There's another that I'll dig up that is great too. Herbed Salmon. It is quick, easy, yummy and works with any kind of fish fillets.
