Default Olives?
I'm about to start Phase 1 tomorrow (friday) and I want to know if Olives (green and black) are OK. I haven't seen anything on them in the book or on here (that I've found yet, anyway!) Thanks and wish me luck!

The sticky for the phase 1 food list says:
Olives (Green or Ripe) 15 = 1/2 TBS oil

Which means they are allowed and a serving is 15

I missed that...thank you! Now can i assume they mean 15 for the day, or is that considered a serving? 15 olives sounds like a lot!

to The Beach. Yes, it's 15 olives per day. It's considered a serving but you can spread a serving over a day.
