breadless coating chicken fingers? yes or no?
 

Ok, I found these at Publix and they are yummy It seems like they are ok but let me know what you think.
Breadless Coating Chicken tenderloins
Ingredients,
Chicken Tenderloins
Battered with Water, almond meal, Soy flour , soy protien, Flax seed meal,
salt ans spices.

There could be too many carbs in them from the breading although they are OK carbs. How are they cooked? If they are fried, you could be getting trans-fats. They sound OK though.

There are only 4 carbs and you can fry them if you want but i bake them in the oven!! Pretty yummy!
