Just wondering when it lists the snack as protein, veggies, nuts or yogurt is that all of them or just one choice out of the list? I have heard people say for snack they have 10 almonds and yogurt and some say just 10 almonds. So which is it?

Beans.. What kind of beans does everyone like? Are lima beans allowed?

Siggy: I have a weight loss ticker am I just supposed to copy and paste the link they give me in every email? How did everyone make their cute siggys?

The snack question depends on how hungry you are, as long as you stay within the daily limits for nuts and yogurt.

Allowable beans are listed in the Phase I food list in one of the stickys at the top of this forum.

You can have them both together if you are that hungry, but you can only have one serving of nuts a day.
