Question Can I stay on Phase one for one more week??
Hi everyone!
Yesterday was day 14 for me and I am down 7 1/2 pounds
But wanted to know if I could stay on phase one for one more week as I have a wedding to go to the 2nd of July and wanted to be down 10 pounds if possible before then...I will go to phase 2 if I need too....any advice???

May need to specify...want to lose 3 more pounds before the wedding not 10 LOL

I just finished reading the book and it says that people can and have stayed on Phase I for an extra few weeks. They just recommend that you don't stay on it TOO long as it becomes too restrictive and isn't meant for long-term use.

I can't tell you anything from personal experience yet, though. Good luck!

Just be aware that since you only have 10 pounds left to lose, you may not lose a whole lot more by staying on it another week. Everyone is different though.
