Atkins/Zone Bars

I'm on phase 1 of the diet and wanted to know if the atkins/zone bars are okay to have. :?:

They are not allowed. There are some new SouthBeach Approved bars by Kraft but you really would do best to avoid bars if at all possible.

Thanks for the info. I don't think we have any SBD food up in Canada, so I'll just avoid the bars.
