Are there any guys on SB? It would be nice to hear from them. Just joined the forum today, was reading several of the posts, didn't see many from the guys. Thanks, Tim

A number of us have husbands/partners on the program, but it's unfortunate... we don't get a lot of men on the boards.

There are lots of guys on the sb diet, but not so many who post on 3fatchicks. I think the name scares them away. :lol: My 82 year old father lost about 40 pounds earlier this year and he seems to be keeping it off pretty well.
