Boca Burgers?
 
I was just making up my grocery list and trying to get creative and was wondering.... Has anyone seen those Boca brand burgers/chicken/sausage in the supermarkets? I used to think of them as off limits bc they have carbs, but not that I know carbs are not necess. the enemy, it has made me wonder. Can we eat these? Are they OP, and if so, are they Phase 1 friendly or what phase?

Can anyone out there help me out with that one. Because I've had them before and enjoyed some of them.
