Need new snack food ideas Ph1 & PH2

  • I am just getting very board with what I have been doing. Nuts, cheese, turkey wrap, beans. Just need something with a little difference to it. Any ideas? Not opposed to cokking something up. Thanks for the help.
  • Hi, I understand the boredom - I'm there too. Here are my main snacks, so maybe I'll try yours and you can try mine!

    I like veggie sticks (celery, red pepper, cucumber usually) dipped in a mixture of lf cottage cheese and salsa (equal parts, or more salsa).

    V8 juice and a piece of lf cheese.

    lf instant pudding made into a popsicle.

    Other than that, pistachios but I'm trying to break that habit since I can't stop at 30!

  • I read on this web site that we can have 3 tbls of pumpkin seeds so I go to the health food store and get flavored pumpkin seeds. Helps when you absolutely have to have something to crunch!!
