Soy flour

I was watching a TV show called "Low Carb and Loving it" and the host said that you can make any meal low carb by substituting low carb ingredients. He made low carb pancakes by using soy flour...I would like to try but I am afriad that it would make me crave more carbs.

Anyone use soy four in recipes?

Chili, I've never tried it, but you totally could. It would be OP, just make sure you don't eat too many pancakes! Use SF syrup and Smart Balance or Benecol for the butter and you should be set! My host at the B&B we stayed at over the fourth made the Oatmeal pancakes out of the SBD cookbook for me. They were delish! However, if I made them for myself, I'd have a "breakfast for dinner" thing, as eating that starch first thing set me up for cravings all day!

That Low Carb and Loving It show is cool, but there are several things that aren't SBD friendly because of their fat content or other little things. Still, good ideas. Love the Key Lime cheesecake he made...plan on playing around with that to see what I might be able to make!
