Cool Question about sugar free stuff?

Ok I know you can have low cal sugar free candy. So does that mean I can have a sugar free snowcone? A lady in my town has a stand and I don't want to miss them but I also do not want to ruin my diet.
Thanks

I'd avoid them on Phase 1 (I avoided anything sweet that had no nutritional value) but having one now and then on Phase 2 would probably be OK.

skherb, you can have them (even in Phase 1), but I would ask to see the syrup bottle. If it is made with sugar alcohols, you may have an upset stomach, intestinal problems (running to the toilet), and other side effects. You may not, but it's something to be aware of. You'll also need to use the bottle to figure out how many calories. You can only have 75 a day.

Hope that helps. Enjoy it!
