Exclamation South beach Diet bars

Hey, today was the first time I saw a south beach diet bar at Trader Joe's. Are these ok to eat in all phases? I am not sure when they came out on the market. Is there a limit to how many you can consume in one day? T hanks for your help!

I wonder if our Doctor A has turned into the other Doctor A. What are the exact ingedients in the bar? Real food is preferable.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?

Someone saw these elsewhere, but when we looked into it, found that they had nothing to do with SBD, they were just trying to use the name to get people to buy the bars. They are not okay, nor should you eat them on any phase--you want to stick to non processed food, okay?
