Sweet Peas?

    Does anyone know if Sweet Peas are allowed on Phase 1? I bought a frozen package the other day and then noticed that they contain 6 grams of sugar per serving. I thought that seemed high for a veggie. Anyone know if this is ok?

    Definitely not allowed on Phase I. They are OK on Phase II but LIMITED. A serving is a half cup. Sorry!
