Sweet Potato Chips?
All right, I know that these are most probably OP, but I am wondering by how much. I found a package of Sweet Potato Chips today at the grocery store. They have three servings (1 oz each) in a bag, and are made with sweet potatoes, canola and sunflower oil, and sea salt. They have about 7g of fat, but only .5g of sat. fat. So...not like I would eat them daily, but when I am really craving something, would this be a good borderline food to snack on? I realize they might make me have more cravings, and if they do, into the trash they go. But I figured they might be a good borderline food.
Thoughts? Also...should we be posting food questions in here rather than on the main board? |
Yes Laurie, this is the best place for "those kind of questions". :D
I don't see why you couldn't have them on rare occasion. Perhaps you could limit yourself to two chips a day. :lol3: Seriously... only you know for sure whether they're going to put you right over the edge and start you on a major cheat. Use your discretion, and don't go wild. :) |
