Cereal recommendations?
 

Can anyone recommend suitable cereals other than all bran :p or Uncle Sam's (I can't get that brand where I am)?

Fibre 1 is what I use. I forget who makes it but it is readily available - even in Delta!
And then there's steel cut oats if you're into hot cereals.

Thanks Ruth! I already use steel cut oats a.k.a Scottish/Irish oatmeal...thanks for the reminder I had forgotten them. :D

I bought bite-sized shredded wheat - one ingredient, whole wheat, at Trader Joes. Don't know about the name brand counterpart on the ingredients list, but you could check it out. I can't seem to find Uncle Sam's cereal either.

thanks kpw...I think they sell Nabisco shredded wheat up here so I will have a look for it :)
