Posting signatures
 

Here's a "knuckle-head" question.... How do you "tailor" your signatures with your initial wt., current wt and goal wt.? I've tried various ways, but I just can't get it.

Go to "User CP" at the top. Then on the left side of the page you'll see a column of options. Click on "Edit Signature". You can write whatever you like there. :)
