uh oh...prosciutto?
darn it. i just made dinner (and ate it) and realized I dont know if prosciutto is ok to eat. I took off all visible fat (i wrapped some around Cod). it wasnt terribly salty.... Im sure it's not so good since the salt will make me retain water...but is it really that bad for me to have had? :?: im in my second week of phase 1.

Not to worry - you'll be fine. Ham is OK as long as it's lean and prociutto is lean. If it makes you retain water, it'll flush away if you drink lots today.

Darn! My DB LOVES prosciutto, but it's putting us in the poor house!! Oh, well. It'll keep him on his plan...
