Problem gone and so is the one pound I look on the ingredients on the Milk of Magnesia and it looked okay, was sugar free also. Thanks for all you help

Hi Girls...
I didn't realize that others were having the same "problem" I was having!
Embarassing...
But even tho I am eating lots of brocolli & fiberous veggies & drinking tons of water, I am not (ahem)...well, you know....
Maybe I should try Metamucil & try to get back on track...
