I think sausages are quite high in saturated fats. I have bought the Butterball turkey sausage, but they have added sugar, so I'm afraid Dr. Agastan would say no to sausage.

Lou Lou, a lot of sausages also contain fillers like bread crumbs. :(

They sometimes contain flour, milk powder and other additives so are to be avoided.
I do have a recipe for making your own sausage patties which would be allowed. PM me if you want it.

What about summer sausage? 0 carbs 0 sugar I love to eat that with cheese. I have a hard time eatin cheese without somethin to go with it. I got the laughin cow. Not to crazy about it but thought it might taste ok squashed between two pieces of summer sausage.
