I do not see fresh figs on the fruit list

My fig tree is producing big beautiful black mission figs and I just started phase 2 but the food lists I have seen online don't mention fresh figs, only dry not allowed til phase 3 ...

can I have one fresh fig a day???

What kind of world would this be if you couldn't have one fresh fig a day?

I don't know what diet you are on, but I'd say eat as many as you want! Fresh fruits are always something I go for with no inhibitions

This is the south beach diet subforum and fruit is very limited but fresh figs are not on the allowed or disallowed list?
