My fig tree is producing big beautiful black mission figs and I just started phase 2 but the food lists I have seen online don't mention fresh figs, only dry not allowed til phase 3 ...

I don't know what diet you are on, but I'd say eat as many as you want! Fresh fruits are always something I go for with no inhibitions
