How much Cheese!

  • Ok...how much cheese can i have per day?

    Can i have a string cheese as a mid-day snack and then some cut up cheese later on in the day if i am still hungry and dinner with a shredded cheese in it? How much is too much?

  • Cheese is counted as a protein on SBD, but keep in mind that it is high in calories. 3200 calories = 1 pound, and although we don't actuallly count calories on SBD, in order to loose weight, you'll want to keep your daily allotment between 1200 to 2000 calories per day, depending on your height and weight.
