We had turkey chili again tonight. It's left over from Tuesday, I think leftover chili is always better tasting! I've always eaten it with saltine crackers so it's a bit of an adjustment eating it without them. But I put some cheese on top and it turned all gooey. Oh it was good!

Chili is also amazing with a dollop of LF sour cream on top, I've discovered.

I see this was an old thread but being able to have chili on SB is great! I make it once every 2 weeks, a huge pot, and freeze it to take to work (and then have my boss critique it, lol)
At home, I'll have it with a Laughing Cow wedge, cut up into about 5 or 6 pieces. Little nuggets of deliciousness throughout the bowl :D I did invest in a large bottle of Beano :o and it surely does the trick. |
I'm putting chili in the crockpot right now. Love the laughing cow idea Holly, will definitely try that for dinner!
